Super Green Juice

In the hot summer months I find a fresh pressed green juice really keeps me going. I could drink this juice everyday. You could even naughty it up and add your favorite liquor for a healthier cocktail.


Yields: 2 12oz juices

  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 2 limes
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 bunch of kale or spinach (you can use your reserved kale stems from your kale chips!)
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 2 carrots


  1. Prep veggies
  2. Juice
  3. Strain juice if you prefer less pulp
  4. Squeeze juice of one lime in each glass
  5. Pour strained mixture over ice and lime juice

With your leftover juice pulp, you can compost it for your garden or re-use it in dehydrated pulp crackers. Recipe for crackers coming soon 🙂
