Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie Filling

I love pumpkin pie. But I don’t like the way the super sweet pie hurts my belly. This year I am on a mission to make the most delicious pie I can con my family into loving this Thanksgiving.  We’re holding a pumpkin pie bake off this year and I have a feeling we’re going to win! Fingers crossed 🙂 


Yield: filling for 1 pie

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree or equal to a 15oz can
  • 3 eggs whipped
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 raw organic honey
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Pour mixture into your cooled pie crust. Try our paleo almond meal pie crust!
  4. Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
